Poems by Bianca Hazenberg

Almost

almost the silence is tender
and thoughts are listening
with chills to memories

dreams are staring to singing
happiness of pure poetry fields
with waving golden corn stalks

thousandfold solutions
are not up for grabs

we keep it in the dresser
if all shells are stripped
oysters in brackish water
they will emerge there pearly gems

sand scours the coarseness
on the outside of the
round pebbles in water
to gradually want to shape
the softness on the inside
