An earthen lamp spreads light
Fighting gloom with its might
Gloom takes its fearful flight
Glowing lives cherish delight

Gloom leads to dreary doom
Light displays blissful boom
Keeping dark out of its room
Enables our wishes to bloom

Virtue is victorious over vice
For vice displays cowardice
Perversity always pays price
Generosity quells viral vice

We are gleeful about festivity
Extracting roots of depravity
Novel notions ignite creativity
Aspirations indicate proclivity

Fantastic feelings are final find
Gruesome grief has grisly grind
Let us drive evil out of the mind
Imbibing virtues of unusual kind

Lustrously lovely lotuses beam
When the grandeur does gleam
Felicitously fantastic fragrance
Fascinates fairly floral elegance

Glittering glory woos eager eyes
Enthralling them without malice
Streaming splendour often lies
In imagination as it usually flies

Loveliness lengthens liveliness
Sparking slender spotlessness
Truthfully tantalising tenderness
Is treated with tremendousness

Beauties and bounties of nature
Are for education of human nature
The grasp of essence in vivid picture
Paves the path for revitalising rapture

Calm storm storms calm
Rising remarkably to fall
Pathos is in virtual chaos
Building baffling bathos

Sweet sorrow foils poise
Creating a serene noise
Life is painful pleasure
Keeping all in its treasure

Mirthful misery turns its leaf
Making long notes very brief
Elegant envy shows hideosity
Multiplying affluent adversity

Diffident aplomb raises a doubt
Obscure obviousness hangs about
Things in chaos are finally in order
Optimism sets all in opulent order

Basking in our ancestors’ gorgeous glory
I often have a vision of scripting my story
Illustrious images jostle for relevant entry
To force me for each insertion in my story

Crowded images often cloud my busy mind
Choices are arduous to make out of the find
Ticking time can never see my picking blind
Crowding clamour pilfers the peace of mind

Resplendent refuge is the glory of my lineage
Each image is piled up for its fantastic foliage
My part in our genealogy forms a fine message
Idiosyncrasy is sacrificed for a collective image

My own story is not superior to collective glory
I am contented with my part in the entire story

Our lives have no smooth sail
When our living mothers wail
We worship gods in temples
Leaving mothers in wrinkles

We pay visits to places sacred
When hearts burn with hatred
We pretend to be highly honest
When our actions are dishonest

Parents should not be neglected
When the aging crisis is projected
All birth-givers should be protected
When their decrepit age is reflected

We should widen our generosity
To extend our utmost humanity
Love is the essence of cordiality
Magnanimity shows universality
