Ribbon of life ( Fjongo jete ) – Juljana Mehmeti / Tranlated into English by Arben Hoti

Poem by Juljana Mehmeti

Ribbon of life

There is a breakup in each mystery
in the ribbon of shaded life
shadowed light of the broken-eyed visions
and parallels
torn into the deep feelings.

The dark shadows spread their wings
with the night mist hidden in the chest
and the breath of demons scattered into ravines
of soul constructions, remaining innocence
abandoned from the time where cuffs smash the bones
of the ancient earth, grizzled heresy,
of the fates running to the crossroad of the earth
of lives remaining hostage of human.

A silent light,
like a hope
awakened to the silent being
in the tips of elbows pushed to the darkness
of our reflex melted like a candle.

Phoenix returned on storms of tears
upraised like an angel in his own ashes
Extends the white divine breath
and souls shines the celestial dome.

Fjongo jete

Ka një thyerje në çdo mister
në fjongon jetë të hijëzuar
dritëhijes sy thyer vegimesh
e paralelesh
grisur në të thellat përjetime.

Të errëtat muzgje shtrijnë flatrat
me tisin natë fshehur në gji
e frymë demonësh derdhin nëpër hone
ngrehinash shpirti, mbetur pafajësi
braktisur kohës ku prangat thyenin eshtrat
e tokës lashtë, thinjur herezi
të fateve rendur udhëkryqit të botës
e jetëve mbetur peng i njeriut.

Një dritë e heshtur,
si një shpresë
zgjuar dilemës qenësi
në cepa brrylash shtyrë errësirës
refleksit tonë shkrirë si qiri.

Feniks i kthyer mbi shtrëngata lotësh
ngritur si engjëll mbi hirin e vet
stërgjat të bardhën frymë hyjnore
e shpirtrat shndrit kupës qiellore.
