Poem by Hana Shishiny
Please forgive me
Please forgive me the pain I caused to me and you
All the hurt, all the mistakes, all the lights I couldn’t create
I left all that life we shared, those dreams that turned blue
And opened that door, when felt alone in a world of two…
I needed to climb mountains in sunny loving rays..
To jump happily in the shaded valley of togetherness..
Inhaling the fragrance of life in happy days..
And watch my soul arising in an ambrosial vastness..
Please forgive me, my dreams were almost true..
Door of freedom took me to where I looked for..
Moments of eternity.. In a world totally new..
Where my soul could fly
Freely, as never before…
Please forgive me, if you were hurt, I was too
No smell of roses.. No garden built
I was just lonely dancer, in a tango for two
We have grown old.. So look for a dream to trust..
