Colours Of Autumn / Poem by Rajashree Mohapatra

Poem by Rajashree Mohapatra

Colours Of Autumn

Autumn , a transition
Between summer and winter
Apparent movement of the sun
A change, a season approach.

Red purple blended combinations
Maple poplar birch colorations
Masking green slowly fades
All cells really dead .

A season with myriad of colours
A celebration in silence to flow
Cold biting wind sure to blow
To lose warmth, when you come .

This is our life seasons show
Happiness or Sorrow , lives flow
Be unmasked , see your own colour
Be disillusioned … we have a definite role .
