Poem by Nutan Sarawagi
They call me an autistic child
In the name of the autistic child
struggling for an existence
in his pathetic life
as he lives in a cruel world
so hard in him to sight
slighted by others
at every moment to size
his life shrouded
as he lives hiding in himself
solving the riddle of life
in spiralling unending steps
unravelling his little life
looking at the world
in his bewildered little eyes
in his cocooned existence
questioning it with his eyes
DONT LOOK AT ME SO QUEER
queer is but YOUR life
I AM but NORMAL
QUEER are but YOUR EYES
the way they seem to look
eye my life …in it as I let go
letting go off my life !
