Poem by Dafna Feldman
Menopause
There is a worry that’s bothering me
as I am growing much older
What will I do on the day I find out
my period is finally over
It’s not the wrinkles or the white hair
even hot flashes don’t matter
But what excuse will I be able to use
to continue releasing the monster
Soon I won’t be P.M.S,
nor after and not in between
And the Lilith who’s been my partner in crime
will leave and will never be seen
I will set the times according to the stars
aligned with the moon and the sun
In which I can practice being a witch
even though my excuses are gone.
Fabulous! Love this ..
