WINTER IN MOSCOW

The sky plays white melodies,
In the dream of the naked birch.
A young man is lost,
His hands are on his brother-in-law’s chest.

Sighing, looking for something,
This young man is from the chest of a brother-in-law.
He can’t find it, he sleeps,
In the dream of the dreaming brother-in-law.

Dreamer: a young man in a dream,
His hands are on the chest of apricots.
The sky plays white melodies,
In a dream of naked cherries.

ANTIBODIES

Only yesterday we are people as people,
Our identity was confirmed by one identification card.
Today this card, alas, is not enough,
The presence of antibodies is more important today.

We are nothing without antibodies today
We will not be allowed through the border checkpoints.
Viruses rule the world today.
Today we are part of microbiology.

The universe is one big laboratory
We are patients: carriers of antibodies.
Today our hand is not a hand, a leg is not a leg,
The head is not the head, we are not us.

If you want to work, show antibodies
If you want to fly, show antibodies!
If you want to love, show antibodies
If you want to live, show antibodies!

ORPHAN

He has no one to hope for but God.
He has neither father nor mother.
No brothers, no sisters, no relatives.
Because he is an orphan.

He has no one but Heaven,
He has no one but the sun.
He has no one but days, nights,
He has no one but life.

He has no one but people
Except acquaintances, strangers, friends.
For that he has love for these people,
He loves the people of this world!

Don’t cry, baby, don’t cry, orphan,
There are many kind people in the world.
They will shelter you and warm you
They will give you their bread and their love!

Don’t be offended by the people who make wars
They are the servants of Satan, God will conquer them one day.
And you live, breathe, do not lose heart,
The Almighty will not leave you an orphan.
