A LOOK (270 – 275) / Poems by Smruti Ranjan Mohanty

Poems by Smruti Ranjan Mohanty
A LOOK-270
If I don’t feel others in me
and me in others.
Then I am not me,
someone else.
A LOOK-271
Unless you understand yourself,
how can you understand others?
Unless you are good to yourself,
how can you be good to others?
Knowing oneself is the key,
the gateway to peace and bliss.
A LOOK-272
Meditation makes way for love
and love for meditation.
Let me love and mediate,
meditate and love
to make the objects of my love
and meditation come alive.
A LOOK-273
You are my love.
For you, I love all.
You are my reality.
For you everything
including me seem so real
in the game images and shadows.
A LOOK-274
If you are in love with life,
you are in love with everything
which sustain life.
If you love yourself,
you love all those which surround you,
animate and inanimate.
If the answer is no, something is wrong.
Ask yourself whether you are in
love with life and yourself or you are
struggling to make sense of life?
A LOOK-275
If interests show the way,
time defines the intensity of relationships
and priorities define a man,
sorry! I don’t want to be one.
