Poems by Aziza Dahdouh
No disturbia
In my dreams
I went back to
Glacial time period
To the ice age
They had there
Banks for storing memories
I left you there with
Those precious things
Came back with an empty head
Swirling in midst of the mist
No more pains
Going back to sleep
Perhaps I will wake up
In another age
With no disturbia
She said
We were engaged
Before life
Soul to soul
We will celebrate
Our wedding
After death
In a stunning place
Called heaven
Keep faith
Soul of the soul
She said
It’s time ………..
to free those wild horses
To write those forgotten verses
To glide on melted ice.
