THE GRASS GREW IN MY FATHER’S GRAVE

The grass grew in my father’s grave,
It reminds me of memories of the past.
A smile on his face, a handsome man,
Suddenly he comes running to me.
The grass grew in my father’s grave,
Recites fairy tales from my childhood.
While giving comfort to my broken heart,
It leads me towards my extinct hopes.
The grass grew in my father’s grave,
Laughs softly while repeating blessings.
He poured out the fragrance of Paradise on me,
Praises me to my father slowly.
The grass grew in my father’s grave,
Pray while joining my words.
Father, may your place be paradise,
I sacrifice my life for you.
The grass grew in my father’s grave,
Recite Quran from the bottom of my heart.
While gently stroking my hair,
A divine person cleanses my tears.
The grass grew in my father’s grave,
Echoes from the universe.
Your father is in white clothes,
Says a cry shut on my heart.

THIS IS MY HOMELAND…

My loving mother who rubs my head,
My child playing with a scream in my hand,
A beautiful tulip that opened in my heart,
This is greatness in solidarity, congruence,
This is my greatest and dearest Motherland!
It is a ray of Japheth, sacred, holy,
It is a paradise from the Eram Garden,
It is a fortress solid and strong,
This is greatness in solidarity, congruence,
This is my greatest and dearest Motherland!
There is a covenant as Najmiddin Kubro,
There is a brave martyr like Jalaliddin,
There is the happiness of children in this,
This is greatness in solidarity, congruence,
This is my greatest and dearest Motherland!
Hot bread could be baked in the early morning,
Reverence, enthusiasm can be seen every moment.
The youth of the future is sounding,
This is greatness in solidarity, congruence,
This is my greatest and dearest Motherland!
Swallows twitter in every house,
Basil grow up from your odor.
The Uzbek nation feels proud of your anniversary,
This is greatness in solidarity, congruence,
This is my greatest and dearest Motherland!

This is my greatest and dearest Motherland!

FOR A MOMENT

I close my eyes for a moment, starveling,
And I want to fly to the distant sky.
While forgetting the pain of my heart for a moment,
If I look at the world differently.
I’m looking for my independence as a crazy,
A narrow cage stays in my heart like a bird.
I can’t open and flutter my wings,
But there is a divine sound in a burning body.
I was looking for a world that I did not understand,
I handed myself over to the lies silently.
I’ve been lost in a lifetime of longing,
Smoke covered my sad springs.
What about now? I made myself drunk,
In the hope of going to the beautiful mountains.
Am I in love with false feelings?
I want to go back to the good old days.
My crazy words are spinning as a distaff,
Recites a fairy tale from my past days.
Feeling waves in dreams emotionally.
I forget, even myself,
While setting fire to the lies of the world.
I begin to sink eyes of happiness,
I will join the sun.

I close my eyes for a moment, starveling,
And I want to fly to the distant sky.
