Poem by Bianca Hazenberg

Tangibility

summer leaves
fall to the ground
yearn to digest
in the soft black
of the earth

tears flow
from the tap

we want to hold on
to physically touch
that perishes in the
storm of life

the soul happiness
full of dismay is
drowning in loneliness

tangibility is a gift
wrapped in
transparent plastic film
with a big red bow around

now we exist
we live
we cry
we laugh
we enjoy

take care
of each other
