Poem by Monika Ajay Kaul
Who splashed the colors
On The Boundless Canvas?
Few days it is unsullied, uninterrupted Azure
sprawls seamlessly across my field of vision.
The sun rises as in a child’s painting,
mounding on each other in amber and ochre.
Peeping off white n silver veil of clouds
filling the world with a haze of wonder.
Annoyed lightning sends the silver lining
to the angry grey clouds pushing each other.
At night, the moon glows, relinquishing
the speckle of stars with a golden guide light.
The Blue Yonder is zoetic, each passing moment,
a kaleidoscopic canvas for the world to discern.
