About the slammed shut door

Keep looking hard at the
door suddenly slammed
shut right on your face!

Listen to the echo of the
bang and the silence that
follows immediately after.

Inside the silence pour in
your own peace, mourn
what dies inside you.

Walking away from the
closed doors,start knowing
her, she is wiser than you.

Sleep

The way it cradles me,
kisses my eyelids to a day’s
closure, slowly erases from
the memory box those
stubborn drops of pain ,
nudges me to a soft
wakefulness,
reminds me of a reverie,
where you do exactly what
it does to me;
sleep, my trusted mate,
the best ally!
