SPIRITUAL THING

All hell did break loose
On my pleading frightened grave
Souls with machets and guns
Ready to murder death away
Could this be spiritual thing?

The dust is sneaking into night
Stealing stars into his bag
While daily news reports to earth
“It is just a fallen star”
Could this be spiritual thing?

The tales of night and day
Appearing twice inside one day.
As nature watch with hungry eyes
Feeding well on our surprise
Could this be spiritual thing?

BELOVED

Beloved,
The river is taking me
I have kissed silence for too long.
Let this branch of words I hold
I pray bring waves to bear me shore.
Happy fishes dressed on pews
Are plastering smiles upon my face.
Don’t they see behind this veil?
Behind this laughter that I cry?
Beloved,
The river is taking me.
Will you come before I drown?
Will you speak or hold your peace?
Forever,
Beloved.
