Between lips yearning for snow and cherries

I see myself searching for a poem looking like the face of my beloved

I see the Goddess of Poetry coming out of the bottom of nostalgia

Squeezing the flower of passion between her lips…



بَيْنَ شِفاهٍ تَشْتَهِي ٱلثَّلْجَ وَٱلْكَرَز

أَرَانِي أُفَتِّشُ عَنْ قَصِيْدَةٍ تُشْبِهُ وَجْهَ حَبِيبَتِي

أَرَىٰ رَبَّةَ ٱلشِّعْرِ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ قَاعِ ٱلْحَنِينِ

تَعْصِرُ زَهْرَةَ ٱلْعِشْقِ بَيْنَ شَفَتَيْهَا
