Poems by Jean C. Bertrand

She likes the moon
Rediscovering her beauty
A glance at blue

Irremovable syllables
Touchable linguistic
Angel of light

Heaven and earth
Watching her steps
Glowing in the dark

A blanket of…
Untouchable, lovable, amicable,
Formidable rays shining her heart.

Bathed in

Bathed in the river
A biblical rendezvous
Warmhearted rays
Precious love sparkling hearts
Mighty divine compassion

Bathed in the river
Becoming a lover of
Gazed at the magic blue
Quietly smiling with glee

Bathed in the river
The dream of dreams
Holiness breath
All through the verses
Crunching melancholy

Bathed in the river
Soaking my flesh
As the waves singing
Sweet generosity
Cosmic kisses
Wind blows
